Intro to Maui Meadows
Maui Meadows is nestled on the lower slopes of Haleakala, just above the world famous resort area of Wailea. The lower portion of the neighborhood is about 300 feet above sea level while the upper section reaches as high as 650 feet above sea level. The higher you ascend the slopes, the better the quality of the ocean views and, accordingly, the higher the price tag.
Homes in Maui Meadows vary from mid $800Ks to just under $9M. Lots are at least half an acre and can vary all the way up to two acres, Maui Meadows is known for having some of the biggest lots available to South Maui buyers. The neighborhood itself is architecturally diverse with homes ranging from luxury estates, simple cottages, wood frame construction, and everything in between.

Even though Maui Meadows is situated higher on the mountain than Wailea, it still receives an average of less than 10 inches of annual rainfall; this South Maui location offers some of the best year-round weather on the Valley Isle. Although, some of the homes higher in the neighborhood are approaching the rain border of Ulupalukua and have a slightly cooler climate.
